Privacy policy
We keep this simple: we collect very little, and we don’t sell or share it beyond what’s needed to run this site.
What we collect
The personal information we collect is only what you choose to give us through the contact form on this site: your name, email, phone number (optional), the topic you select, and your message. We also count anonymous visits to understand how the site is used (see Analytics below).
How we use it
We use it to reply to you. Submitting the contact form sends your message to askcoffeemonster@gmail.com through Formspree, a third-party form service, which processes and forwards the submission to us. We don’t use it for marketing, and we don’t share it with anyone else.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to see which pages get visited and which buttons get used (like “Get directions” or tapping our phone number). It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other sites, and doesn’t collect personal information — we only see anonymous totals, like page views, referring sites, country, and device type. When you send the contact form, we record that a message was sent and its topic, but never your name, email, phone number, or message.
Third parties
This site uses three third-party services: Formspree, to deliver contact form submissions; Umami, for the cookieless analytics described above; and an embedded Google Map on the homepage, which may set its own cookies when it loads, governed by Google’s own privacy policy rather than ours.
What we don’t do
This site doesn’t use advertising trackers or tracking cookies, doesn’t sell your information, and doesn’t have user accounts or a database of visitors.
